Three great opportunities to purchase your champion:
$45,000 SWTC Champion “Pivot Point” x Wide Belt Sow
- Dam has raised 2 boar stud boars, one selling for $10,000 and several excellent daughters.
________________________________________________________________________________
“Ante Up” (Kyle Stephens incredible Chester herd boar sired by Man Up) x Big Rig
- The dam is sired by Big Rig x Man Up’s mom. A really neat lined up pedigree!
________________________________________________________________________________
“Deep N Wide” Power Fluid ( x Man Up x Two Time’s mom)
Deep N Wide is a Two Time son. Litter combines our Two Time and Man Up lines.
________________________________________________________________________________
$16,000 Champion Berk “Extreme Makeover” x Double Stuff (x Time Bandit)
Dam is littermate to 2011 Res Ch OH State Fair barrow and out of same dam that produced 2010 5th Overall and Champ OH St Fair Berk Barrow.
________________________________________________________________________________
“Card Shark” (Moyer) x Vaun
I loved Card Shark on my trip to Moyers and the dam is perfectly square and balanced. Should be a great dark cross litter!
________________________________________________________________________________
$42,000 IN State Fair Ch Spot Boar “Like No Other” x Fully Loaded
Like No Other is the best Spot boar I’ve seen. Dam is full sib to 2010 NBS Ch Spot Boar.
________________________________________________________________________________
“Point Maker” x Blackhawk (Vaun x Southern Style x Baditude x The Ritz)

I think this will our best Hamp litter ever. Point Maker’s bone and muscle combined with the sow’s design, flexibility and body could be a homerun!
________________________________________________________________________________
“Twin Turbo” x Turbo
This litter comes from the heart of the High Point herd. Twin Turbo and Turbo share the same impressive dam. When I called to ask about bred gilts, they said this gilt was one of the elite gilts in the sale. This litter will be consistent and great!
________________________________________________________________________________
“Crossbones” x Bootlegger
e bought this powerhouse York gilt from Grimm’s in the spring sale. Her mating to the ultimate barrow sire, Crossbones has us excited for this litters potential.
________________________________________________________________________________
“Look At Me” x Homemade (full sib to 17-3 & 17-4 at High Point)
Look at Me was $20,000 Res Champ Hamp boar from Mike Watson. The dam was $3,300 high selling Hamp gilt from High Point’s summer bred gilt sale. Be looking for this litter!
________________________________________________________________________________
“Deep N Wide” x Illusion

This should be an awesome litter. The dam is a littermate to the OH St Fair CH Chester boar “Outta Sight”, now standing at Top Cut. The sire is a Two Time son, which Two Time is the boar we raised that was CH at OH and IN St Fairs. The bottom side of the dam’s pedigree also contains Two Time so this litter should be even more consistent.
________________________________________________________________________________
“Chill Factor” x Outlook
If you want a Landrace barrow at the state fair level, he is in this litter. Dam is littermate to the 2012 Res Champ WI State Fair barrow we raised.
________________________________________________________________________________
“Drop Down” x Black Blood (x Elgin)
This gilt was our choice from the Rodibaugh Bred Gilt Sale. She was a littermate to the Res Champion barrow at Jasper County, Class Winner at IN State Fair and Res Champ NBS Open Show Barrow. This litter should be excellent quality and loaded with the sought after blue color pattern.
________________________________________________________________________________
“Complete Game” x Crown Royal (x Seein Red x Freakshow x Explode)
Crown Royal’s and Complete Game’s dams both go back to Don R. Smith’s herd. So it is a tighter made pedigree from that stand point. But what else is exciting about this litter is a littermate to our $11,000 STC high selling Duroc boar Desperado”, now in stud at Chuck Olsens.
________________________________________________________________________________
“Bone Daddy” x Net Worth
I made no secret of my belief that Bone Daddy is one of the truly elite boars at LVS. He is sired by Cross Bones, and the dam is a Deep Pockets x the dam of 8 Ball, Super 8, Super Special, etc. The dam is a tall fronted, stylish York gilt we bought from Grimm’s in the spring.
________________________________________________________________________________
“Carbon Copy” x Piranha
We purchased the high selling spot bred gilt from Mark Hurd in the Fischer Bred Gilt Sale. She is an older sow that has left 4 daughters in Mark’s herd. Those daughters have raised several champions for him as well. The sire of this litter is Carbon Copy, which is the littermate to the $50,000 IN St Fair Reserve Champion and High Selling Spot Boar. He was the boar Mark chose to keep at home to breed all of his sows to until Upper Hand persuaded him to place him in stud. Hurd Spots have been as hot as anybody’s in the country, so watch for this litter!
________________________________________________________________________________
$47,000 High Selling STC Berk Boar “Venom” x What Else
This may be our headliner litter. The dam is the $6,300 high selling Mauck bred gilt from a year ago. She is an absolute beast. Mated to the best Berk boar in the country. This could be electric!
________________________________________________________________________________
Big Monster x Out Cattin (x Super 8 x Lane Change x Roc On x Black Dice x Full Court)

Big Monster is a littermate to the $160,000 IN St Fair high seller "Colossal" at Top Cut. Big Monster blew me away with his width, bone, mass, and power during my tour of Moyer's boars. The dam is a gilt my daughter showed to division champion honors at Miami County. I love this mating.
________________________________________________________________________________
Outta Sight x Power Fluid
Outta Sight was the Champion Chester Boar at the Ohio State Fair. He is extremely good in his design and feet and legs, with more bone, power and muscle shape than his sire “Illusion”. The dam was the $1400 second high selling gilt at the 2011 STC. She had the largest loin eye (11.9) of the entire show, of all breeds, including all of the boars; while having a .74 back fat with a 1.63 WDA.
________________________________________________________________________________
Monster Stick x Turbo (Hi Point bred gilt)
Monster Stick was the first pick out of the litter that included the $160,000 boar, and Big Monster among others. This bred gilt was our choice of the litter that saw littermate gilts bring $7,000, $7,000, and $5,000 in their December bred gilt sale. This late litter is perfect for state fair barrows.
- Additional great April Litters will be offered May 26, 2013
